IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By
engaging NAS Global Properties Ltd's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
1.2 Interpretation
• References to statutory provisions include all amendments and re-enactments
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
• Words in singular include plural and vice versa
• "Including" means "including without limitation"
"Company", "NAS", "we", "us", "our": NAS GLOBAL PROPERTIES LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales
"Client", "you", "your": Any person or entity engaging our services or accessing our website
"Services": All property consultancy and advisory services provided by the Company
"Agreement": Any contract between the Company and Client for provision of Services
"Website": www.nasglobalproperties.com and associated subdomains
"Property": Any real estate or property interest in the UK or France
2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
2.1 Acceptance
By accessing our Website or engaging our Services, you confirm that:
1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
2. You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
3. If acting for an organization, you have authority to bind that organization
4. You accept all limitations of liability and exclusions contained herein
2.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your
continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients.
3. COMPANY STATUS AND INDEPENDENCE
NAS GLOBAL PROPERTIES LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, operating as an independent
legal entity under UK law.
4. SERVICES PROVIDED
4.1 Scope of Services
NAS provides property investment consultancy and advisory services including:
• Property investment strategy consultation
• UK and French property market research
• Property search and identification
• Viewing coordination
• Bilingual support for French transactions
• Third-party professional introductions
• Market information and educational resources
4.2 Services We Do NOT Provide
IMPORTANT: NAS does NOT provide:
• Financial Advice: We are not financial advisors or FCA regulated
• Legal Advice: We are not solicitors - obtain independent legal advice
• Tax Advice: Consult qualified tax professionals for tax implications
• Surveying: Independent surveys required for property condition
• Guaranteed Returns: No guarantees on property values or yields
• Certified Translation: Bilingual support is for general understanding only
4.3 Advisory Nature
All Services are advisory only. Our role is to provide information and guidance. All final decisions are your
sole responsibility.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
5.1 Independent Professional Advice
You are required to obtain independent professional advice before any property investment, including:
• Legal: Independent solicitor/notaire for all legal aspects
• Financial: Independent financial advisor for suitability and affordability
• Tax: Independent tax advisor for UK/French tax implications
• Survey: Independent surveyor for property condition
• Mortgage: FCA-authorized broker if financing required
5.2 Due Diligence
You are responsible for:
1. Conducting your own due diligence on all properties
2. Verifying all information provided
3. Understanding property investment risks
4. Ensuring adequate financial resources
5. Complying with all applicable laws
6. Obtaining appropriate insurance
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering
You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested for identity verification and AML compliance.
6. FEES AND PAYMENT
6.1 Fee Structure
Our fees are clearly communicated in writing before Services commence and may include:
• Fixed consultation fees
• Retainer arrangements
• Success fees (where applicable)
• Commission from French transactions (as mandataire)
6.2 Payment Terms
• Consultation fees payable in advance
• Retainers payable monthly in advance
• Success fees payable upon completion
• Invoices payable within 14 days
• Late payments incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate
6.3 Third-Party Fees
Our fees do NOT include third-party professional fees (solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, taxes, etc.). You
are responsible for all third-party fees directly.
6.4 No Refunds
Fees paid for consultancy services are non-refundable once Services have commenced.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CRITICAL TERMS: Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability to you.
7.1 Maximum Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total liability for any claims shall be limited to the LESSER of:
(a) The total fees actually paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim; OR
(b) £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds sterling)
7.2 Excluded Losses
We have NO LIABILITY for:
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of anticipated savings or contracts
• Property market fluctuations or value changes
• Currency exchange rate movements
• Tax liabilities or implications
• Financing costs or inability to obtain financing
• Acts or omissions of third parties
• Changes in law or regulation
• Force majeure events
• Any indirect or consequential losses
7.3 Property-Specific Exclusions
We accept NO LIABILITY for:
• Accuracy of property listings or third-party information
• Property condition, defects, or hidden problems
• Planning permissions or legal restrictions
• Title defects, boundaries, or encumbrances
• Tenant quality or rent arrears
7.4 Translation Services
Bilingual support is for convenience only. We accept NO LIABILITY for translation inaccuracies or misunderstandings.
Professional certified translation required for legal documents.
7.5 Third-Party Services
We accept NO LIABILITY for acts, omissions, or performance of third-party professionals we introduce you to.
Your relationship with third parties is independent and direct.
7.6 Investment Risk
You acknowledge that:
• Property investment carries risk of capital loss
• Values can fall as well as rise
• Rental yields are not guaranteed
• Void periods may occur
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 Compliance
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Data We Collect
• Name and contact details
• Financial information (budget, income)
• Property preferences
• Identity documents (AML compliance)
• Communication history
8.3 Data Sharing
We do NOT share your data except where necessary for French property transactions with your explicit consent.
8.4 Your Data Rights
Under GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All IP rights in our Website and materials are owned by NAS. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for
personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials commercially.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate by written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees for work completed. No
refunds for fees already paid. We may terminate immediately for breach or non-payment.
11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Complaints: Email james@nasglobalproperties.com. We will acknowledge within 3 days and respond within 15
days. Before litigation, parties agree to attempt negotiation and mediation.
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Jurisdiction
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Terms
• No Assignment: You cannot assign without our consent; we may assign freely
• Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond reasonable control

CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
By engaging NAS Global Properties Ltd's services, you confirm that you have:
• Read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full
• Agree to be bound by all terms, limitations, and exclusions
• Acknowledge our independence from IAD Immobilier
• Accept the limitation of liability (£25,000 maximum or fees paid)
• Understand you must obtain independent legal, financial, and tax advice
• Accept all investment risk disclaimers
• Consent to data processing per our Privacy Policy
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
